Prices merge in Best Seller Theme

Trying to show both Vat excluded prices and inclusive prices on Best Seller Theme but when both boxes ticked there is no gap or line feed between the two prices shown. so they merge into a confusing line of prices

What I would like is to show both prices one below the other

    Hi there

To do this you will need to edit the act_productprice.html template, located in you're site1 folder.

If you open it up in notepad, then search for NETQUOTEVAR:TAXMESSAGE.

Just before this put <br>, so you should now have <br>NETQUOTEVAR:TAXMESSAGE

The <br> will add a line break, and now you inclusive and exclusive prices should appear on seperate lines.

    Hope that helps

      Well it certainly helped me

Can the text sizes be reversed as well? So the inclusive price is in the larger text

      Thanks

        Hello

You can change the text size, by opening up act_productprice.html again, and looking for the line -

        <br><span class="actxxsmall"><b> NETQUOTEVAR:PRICEPROMPT

If you change the actxxsmall, to be actxsmall this will make it slightly larger...

If that is no good, try actsmall or actregular... these are text sizes that are stated with the stylesheet.

        Hope that helps

              James

Have done this but now get the vat free price on one line and the vat included on the second line which also includes the explanation (including vat)

How do I get the first line to include (Excluding vat) whilst keeping the second line as it is

It isn't HTML - it's this wierd bb script.

You can use standard HTML in your signatures to get the effect you want.

But why is it happening, I have deleted the whole lot and entered it fresh and still it comes up, all I want is everything except the stuff in brackets like it used to be

                      How odd

As a workaround I would suggest putting HTML in your signature like I have with mine:
                      Code:
                      Knowledge Base Online: <a href="http://knowledge.actinic.com/" target="_blank">http://knowledge.actinic.com/</a>
                      Advanced User Guide: <a href="http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/downloads.htm" target="_blank">http://www.actinic.co.uk/</a>
Designing with Actinic Developer Guide: <a href="http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/downloads.htm" target="_blank">http://www.actinic.co.uk/</a>
                      Latest patches: <a href="http://www.actinicdownloads.com/" target="_blank">http://www.actinicdownloads.com/</a>
as that will make it look better than it does at the moment.

I'll check the forum options and see what options there are about bbscript in signatures.

                        Cheers chris

It workwed fine until last night, I went into it to add a new store and when I excited this started to happen.

I then went back in and deleted all the text and re entered it but still the same result

Is it just me or a problem with the forum software, has anyone else edited their signature and had the same problem
