program closes down without warning!

When I have entered the CGI-BIN and root details on the 'configure web site details' page the whole program just turns off without the normal close down window showing...I realise I might be putting in the wrong details - I am new at this - but this isn't normal is it?

You can also enter your network settings manually via Advanced / Network Setup.

There's also a Network Test in there. Try that and see what happens.

Thanks Norman - that way the program doesn't crash but must admit it has dented my confidence in the program a bit!
