Problems importing the surface mail and Air mail rates file

I'm having Problems importing the surface mail and Air mail rates file.

Air mail rates do not show up I just get the surface mail rates appearing for europe and zone1 and zone 2

I try to manualy create an Air Mail section in each zone to input the rates manually and it tells me that this category already exists and tells me to cancel. I have looked in the list and Air mail definately doesnt show up there.

So its not there and It wont let me create it manually, any ideas what to do?

Hi there

Are you importing the Air Mail Small Packets import file that is available from our website here or is it a custom one you are importing, does it create an error log when you try and import that would give some indication as to what the problem is.
