Lost the navigation bar on curves!

Hello everyone,

I am completely new to Actinic and i am just starting to design my website! And i need all the help i can get!! I don't know how i did this but i completely lost the navigation which is shown on the left of the page ( i am using the curves theme) - does anyone know how i can get this back?

I have attached the original, unaltered (i think) Curves theme. You can use this to overwrite your changes and restore the originals, or use it to compare what you may be missing.
