Product Ref in Cart and Checkout

Can anyone tell me how to include the product reference in the cart and checkout areas using the Smart Theme. I am using my own reference numbers (not auto generated) and have the character count set to 10 in View|Business Settings|Options. I haven't changed Act_ShopingCartXML at all and NETQUOTEDEL:REFERENCE seems to be there ok. What am I missing??

Can anyone help me here - I keep looking at Actinic sites and they've all got reference numbers showing in the cart and checkout - so someone out there must know what I'm doing wrong!!

Hi Susan

Please could you make sure in "View | Business Settings | Options", where "Product Reference" is, "Hide Product References in Online Catalog" is not ticked. If it is ticked, then untick it and update the site.
