    Setting Shipping Charges - Advanced

    Hi,
I am setting shipping charges using the advanced function and 'banding' them into 3 different charges as follows :

    BAND COST
    1 £3.95
    2 £6.95
    3 £9.95

I have then applied these band numbers to each product accordingly. My question however is how does the advanced shipping function handle multiple quantity orders? So, for example, if a customer ordered 2 x BAND 1 products, would the delivery charge be £7.90? My plan is to have product quanties which equal more than 1 charged to the top rate of £9.95 and not BAND 1 (or any BAND cost) simply added together. If I use the Excess 'Take the highest value in the table' option, will this use £9.95 for any multiple quantities for any mix of BAND or do I require some other method?

The Actinic Catalog help doesn't really specify how to solve my particular problem. Can anyone help?

    Thanks

    Hi there

I'm afraid we are going to need more information regarding your issue. If you want specific Band, then i would suggest in using weights. But what shipping method are you using. Also please could you attach a screenshot of the shipping part of Actinic.

    Kind Regards
