What do people us to create there passwords

Hiya im in the process of creating accounts for some of our customers and im currious to know what people use to create there passwords. Is there a handy tool people have to create there passwords and copy them into actinic ? Are people using a random generator, i must be finding all the poor ones that aint much good at the moment. Anyone got any ideas i could use ?

If I really need an obsure password I use a Password Generator extension in Firefox which works a treat but they are not that memorable - for customer accounts I tend to use a combination of part of their postcode + part of their name + a random 4 digit number
