This looks like a bug,
When implementing Quickbooks link many customers receive a "error Line 380" when attempting to connect the Actinic Link to Intuit Quickbooks. This is caused because there is no Account set up in Actinic. Users must create an account in Actinic and the attempt to connect the databases again.
As not every Merchant uses accounts I do not think this should be a mandatory setting In Actinic database to make the link work correctly. Is there a way to correct this very annoying error?
