    HELP! Stuck in Test Mode

    Hi,
    I'm stuck in test mode. I did a complete refresh but it didn't work.

    Any ideas?

      This can take some time depending on what changes you have made and how large the site is.

        Yes, I have switched back to production mode. I've even put it back in test mode, uploaded, then switched back again.

              Hi,
              The thing is, when I'm about to go to the Internet Secure page it shows me a message, "catalog is in test mode and your credit card won't be billed"

                Ok it makes sense now- this message is nothing to do with catalog being in test mode but refers to the status of your PSP.

                ie your payment provider is in test mode you will need to contact them to ask them to approve you for live transactions

                  open Actinic
                  Select view | business settings | Payment tab
                  select Internet Secure payment option
                  select configure
                  make sure the "production mode" is checked
                  apply and upload your changes
                  Contact internet secure or login to the virtual terminal and verify that your merchant account is in production mode.
