Changing some prices in by Export/Import

Hello,

I have followed the insstructions for changing prices in MS Excel (Ref: KB259) on the knowledge base), but when opening the exported file in MS excel, the first row in the spread sheet that would normaly display the column header/name, does not do so. Therefore I unable to know which column to make changes to and be sure it is the correct one.

Any ideas anyone?

Hmm strange because it okay for me. Please try going into "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\Common" and open "SampleHierarchicalCatalogImportFile.txt" in Excel. Do you see the rows here?

There is no such named file in the CommonOCC folder..?

You looking at the wrong folder, not the "CommonOCC" folder, the "Common" one.

There is no folder in the programs file called"Common", in the path you gave me earlier, which was..........

C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1\Common

That very strange. Never heard of that, and you are running version 7?

Anyway attach to this thread, is the common folder zipped up. Please unzip it and place it in your site1 folder.
