Pop up Windows

I have set up a pop up window with additional info for a product and it doe not work... The link appears or you can click on the image but it goes nowhere... any ideas as to what the issue might be??

The popups use JavaScript. Perhaps you've not got JavaScript enabled or there's a problem with actiniccore.js.

Try looking at your page with Firefox and use Tools / JavaScript Console to get useful browser diagnostics.

Posting an URL so we can see would help a lot.

If you are clicking the link whilst in preview mode under Actinic not much will happen either - are you viewing live or local?
