Product Codes

Forgive me if this topic has already been discussed!

I would like to be able to use our client's product codes for each of the items that we have set up in their Actinic catalogue, however having done a bit of trolling through the help documents and forums I can't see any indication of where this is done?

I had initially thought that the "Reference" field in the product properties could be modified to reflect this, but I cannot edit it!

Make sure you don't have auto-generated product references ticked : View | Business Settings | Options - untick "Auto Generate Product References" and you can then add any product code you like

Glad you got it to work - there is so much info buried deep in the various menus and sub-menus it takes a while to know where it all is.
