Actinic received a network error while merging files on the server. Try again later and contact your network administrator if the problem persists. The server name or address could not be resolved
I have tested it from my own computer and it connects without a problem.
I have checked and compared the network settings and they are the same.
Via remote access I get the same problem when trying to download orders or just testing the settings.

Do you think the problem could be just from their connection, or maybe it won't work because I'm doing it via remote access?
I shall keep trying intermittently incase it is something that wrong their end.
