trying to change delivery options

I am trying to get rid of the drop down menu where you specify a delivery address.

THE SCRIPT READS
"If you want to ship the purchase to an address other than the invoice address, check this box."

then it gives you a choice

"select country"
"united kingdom"
"non of the above"

How do I get rid of the two options and default to United Kindom.

Hi there,

To get rid of "None of the Above", simply go to "View | Business Settings | Tax". Here make sure you are on "Advance Tax". Find and Hightlight "None Tax levied" and make sure "Do not allow 'None of the Above' as a zone member". Apply and OK. Now update the site, and you should just have "United Kingdom".
