We've started to get a very strange problem since linking our shopping cart to the Worldpay payment gateway. When we download certain orders, they are initially marked as 'Full Payment Received' and then 5-10 secs later it changes to 'Excessive Payment' which is always 9p or 18p. This has been added to the total which has been passed to Worldpay but doesn't correlate to any items or charges in Actinic that we can find. Today we had this happen for the first time to a Paypal payment so it doesn't seem to be specific to Worldpay.
Has anyone else come across this problem? It's very frustrating as we have to add an adjustment to the order to make it balance and then enclose a 9p/18p refund in the order!
