Catalogue from Access

Any clever access users out there who can produce a catalogue from the actinic database not to disimular from the northwind sample supplied with access

Looking for simple printed catalogue showing

Ref No Picture Description Price

If possible with the sections available so that I can just print out the single section

Happy to pay by cash or goods

doesn't the froogle export do this?

I dont think so Jo, it looks to me like it just puts it into a text file that froogle then rearanges, I tried opening it in word, but just lines of text that would have to be played with quite a lot to get presentable results, But my knowledge of both Access and general programing is unbeleivably small / non exsistant

The thing is in the sample "Northwind" provided by microsoft they have a report named catalogue, which gives a good printed catalogue format, which I would like to use for my sites when people ask for a printed copy (quite often)
