    Link to Sage. Error exporting files.

    Hi when i try to export orders to sage i get the following error message.

    "in Order processor; PA51PU10000033 transfer is failed due to profile version does not match to order files version"

    huh?

    I'm running the latest patch of Business v6, Sage line 50 v9.00.0023 and Link v2.0 (i downloaded the trial version but it seems to have upgraded my 1.2 version)

    I've not managed to get orders into sage yet and a little concerned.

    Could you check your export filenames within the 'Business Settings | Options' tab. They should be:

    Orders File
    C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\Datafiles\[Profile Name]\Source\orders.csv

    Persons File
    C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\Datafiles\[Profile Name]\Source\persons.csv

    Order Lines File
    C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\Datafiles\[Profile Name]\Source\orderlines.csv

    Payments File
    C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\Datafiles\[Profile Name]\Source\payments.csv

    Buyers File
    C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\Datafiles\[Profile Name]\Source\buyers.csv

      The paths for the csv were correct.

      I've fixed the problem by exporting the catalog and shipping tables as a hierarchical export.

      then unistalled actinic and deleted it's folder in program files. re-installed actinic and imported the site.

      A snapshot just re created the problem.
