We've been running an Actinic 5 site using Shared SSL from internetters with no problems for a while now. Today, when putting an order through the site it just comes up with an error page at the point where the user is redirected onto the Shared SSL page. Looking at the Internetters status page it sounds like they may have changed the IP address of the main site, could this be part of the problem? Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?!
