Coupon Codes

I am trying to set my site up so that existing customers can use coupons in the checkout phase to receive additional discount.

I have set-up a coupon which is valid for 2 months offering an extra 10% discount when they enter the code.

But I can't see where this code is entered on the site

I think I must have deleted it or something by mistake - any help as to where it should go etc.

I think you do this by the login page.

On your site it is called "trade login"

No I think that is for registered users with account set-up, I don't want to have to set account sup for all customers.

I thought the coupon method worked like a one off offer?

Coupon entry is usually on the checkout page.

It's probably commented out?

Where is it likley to be commented out - from what I can see it appears to be on the cart01 template

Hi James,

Try View | Discounts and Surcharge Settings. Click on the Miscellaneous tab and make sure that "Allow coupon code entry in Checkout" has been ticked.
