    HELP!!! prices missing

Not sure quite what I've done, but all of a sudden all our prices are missing from our product pages - http://www.xodiq.com/acatalog/Test_Kits.html. I desperately need to fix this. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Have just about finished a site that uses components as yours does. Check the pricing schedule in your component.

It is tricky but you should choose the price as the assoc. product price the set the "Product" price in the component tab to sum of component prices.

Have you disabled retail prices for those products - I know that a while ago there was a case where no prices where shown on products if you disabled the retail price schedule.

No, retail prices are not disabled. It seems to be a problem with the fact that I have one main product that has multiple configurations. Each configuration is different and has different pricing. The only way I can get a price to appear is by putting pricing information in the main product (since I'm using components linked to hidden products for the dropdown menu). This at least makes a price appear again, but it's only valid for a few products.

I know that it would be impossible to get the price to change onscreen without doing some kind of a refresh. Is there a way to do a refresh and have the correct pricing appear based on the dropdown selection? Any other ideas on how I might approach this? Thanks.

This is how Actinic works, if you have component pricing then you only see the prices once the component has been added to the basket. Most people include pricing information in the 'HTML for name' field on the choices.
