If you mean upload an actinic maintained web site to the server rather than download to the PC, then yes, actinic can upload all the files needed.
You can tell actinic what additional files are needed for the site. then when you a site update, actinic will check all the files and upload any that have changed since the last upload.
You will probably still want to have an ftp client for general site maintenance. Things like checking file permissions, downloading stats files, etc, etc.
Just to clarify, are you asking if you pc has been corrupted and you install the Actinic software onto a new machine, you wish to 'download' the information back into the software? If so, then I'm afraid this cannot be done, as Actinic runs of an Access database which does not get uploaded.
