Merge error

We are recovering from a server crash and I am trying to rebuild the sites. I get the error shown in the attached file at the merge stage when using the web site refresh command. Any ideas please?

I have found compacting the databases and re-uploading tends to resolve that issue for me

you may have to remove everything from the remote site too before you refresh
