Data Protection options

Is there a built-in check box facility for customer to agree/not agree to data protection and disclosure? Can't find anything in the Help files.

Check "Show" and edit the text to say whatever you want.

Orders received from customers who tick the box will be flagged as "Keep Details Private" next to Salutation on Invoice Contact page of View Order.

You can turn on the "Terms and Conditions to be Agreed Before Checkout" checkbox on the Terms and Conditions tab of the Business Settings dialog. If that's already turned on and you need a second option then you can use workarounds as suggested by Brian.
