    V7 Not Responding 7.0.3

    Hi All,

    This has been an ongoing problem for a few months now and I took the drastic action of changing my PC to the latest spec ( P4 HT 3.2 / 1GB RAM) and it has hardly made any difference.

    Basically Actinic is all working fine on the orders side of things but it comes up with 'not responding' on the catalog side when adding products.The worst action where it seems to happen is when I copy and paste a product, it will just hang for a about two minutes and then come up with 'not responding' I then have to restart Actinic.

    I have tried copy and pasting on another site on the same PC and the actions are virtually instant.

    Any ideas please anyone, I am now at a total loss.

    Hi Martin,

    have you tried compacting the database? Always a good starting point especially if you have made lots of changes.....
