Wizard Problems

Im setting up actinic business for the first time when I go through the wizard I get "The wizard received an error while veryifing the web server, error sending request" It accepted the ftp credentials no probs but sticks on this screen and I know the URL is correct

Hi Sam,

Are you going through a firewall software or a proxy server? From the error message it seems that something is blocking Actinic from sending an HTTP request. Please could you advise?
