Actinic always updates files when importing snapshot after 7.0.4

Hi,
Since I upgraded to 7.0.4 from 7.0.3 everytimg I export and then import a snapshot between my 2 PCs, on import it goes through the file update process everytime. Is it supposed to do that everytime? Also do I always have to refresh site when I import to a different PC?

If you upload from a different PC to the last upload Actinic will always refresh the site.

After trying to upload from the other PC, it says filed merge request and I have to refresh whole site. Is that what Actinic is supposed to do?

BTW, the www.ukweathershop.co.uk store looks great.

Yes - as far as I am aware importing changes the time stamp so Actinic thinks the files have changed compared to the server so ask for the refresh
