I have a problem with the "Contact us" page : the default form doesn't appear when I click on the button "Nous Contacter" (="Contact Us" in french).

Hi there

Please check in "Advance | Network Setup", you have in here, the SMTP server in "Email Settings", as well as the username and password so the form can communicate with the smtp server.

Yes, then the unregistered customer cannot use the contact us form. I remember someone else had this same issue. I will ask development for the workaround and post the information here.

Hi Mathieu,

Just got some information back from the development. I'm afraid this is a bug which cannot be fixed by a script change. It does require both a script and application change. Therefore it has been logged as a task to be fixed in a future release.

Is the contact us form a new feature in v7? or is it available in v6 aswell?

Hi Michael

Yes the contact us form is a new feature of version 7, it is not included in version 6. However you could use a similar function with nms-formmail. Have a search on google for it, it is free.
