seach problem

We seem to have a search problem on one of our cusotmers website.

They have a title called "over the hills" but when you search for "over" it does not not appear on the return but when you search for the book code it appears. The code fo rthe book is "CNO020"

Are there certain words that are excluded from the search or anything?

Go to View | Search Settings. There is a box in there that is labelled "Not Indexed". Simply delete whichever words you want indexed from the list (I notice "over" is there).
