Actinic v7 and Urchin v5

Hi

We are thinking about getting Urchin v5, the log files analysis software. We want to use it to track sales, but also track sales from affiliates, is this possible?

We are looking at the Profit Suite, which is a lot of money so we want it to do everything except make the tea!

Also how easy is it to put the tracking codes into the Actinic templates or order pages?

Urchin

We offer Urchin webstats with out Platnium hosting service. Currently we have the UTM version of reporting. This is far superior to webalizer and awstats but it does not have some of the real good ecommerce reporting tools that Urchin is famous for delivering.

We are in the process of development and testing of the Urchin "elf" extended logging format for ecommerce. The new "elf" format has some excellent advanced reporting tools to track cart abaondenment and other user habits on the website. The Elf implemenation of Urchin requires customized Actinic perl scripts to support the functionality. Once Sure Solutions has finished testing the Elf tools we will be offering the scripts as an add on or through our advanced hosting services.
