    This thread might help:

If not do a search for 'session locked' and see the threads that come up.

        Hi,

What is the exact version of actinic that you are using (Help | About). There was a problem when Paypal and Nochex were introduced into the software but this was fixed in v6.1.5. So if you are on an earlier version, I suggest you upgrade to v6.1.5.

Note that the correct procedure to upgrading is to:

        - suspend ordering on the site (View | Business Settings | Ordering tab)
        - wait about half an hour to give customers a chance to complete orders and then download
        - take a backup of the site (File | Snapshot | Export Site)
        - Close the software and apply the patch upgrade
        - Open the software and Refresh the site (Web | Refresh Website).

and if you get a message along the lines of 'upgrade failed - nothing to upgrade' then you might find that the scripts don't get upgraded and there'll be an incompatability problem between the version on your Pc and that on your server.

If this happens (it do to me) then all you have to do is copy the *.pl and *.pm into your site1 folder (or whatever) from the originals folder and the do the website update.
