ss00000x.pl - problem linking to products

I have been using this sort of thing for ages:

http://www.thekimonocompany.co.uk/cg...F=28&NOLOGIN=1

All of a sudden on my browser (both IE and Firefox) it creates an invalid link and hence the following message:

Not Found
The requested URL /acatalog/info_32.html/Bronwyn_nightdress.php was not found on this server.

On other peoples machines (including client) and probbaly yours the link works - any ideas why sometimes it would generate the message above and other times not?

Hi Sam,

Just been on your site and it seems to be working for me. Please could you delete your session file and try again. To delete the session file (Help | Troubleshooting | Purge Session File).

The steps i took was going to your front page: http://www.thekimonocompany.co.uk/

As clicking on the link on the above thread will cause the basehref to be community.actinic.com instead of your one.

Gone into the online store, then run the link you gave me, and both (IE and Firefox) work fines.
