Can't import from spreadsheet

Could someone shed any light on how to get .csv imports to work properly.

I keep getting errors like "found 10 expected 9"

Actinic 7 isn't even capable of importing a .csv file that it created itself.

Glad I am not alone in this subject, Actinic is not for us simple folk who just want to run a business.

You need to be a programmer or geek to use this product to its fullest.

The error message could be that there are fields [columns] in the spreadsheet that haven't been mapped to Actinic fields and it doesn't know what to do with the unmapped field.

The first line of the file should contain the column titles, check that you have the same number of titles as you have columns.
