Is it possible to make the e-mail address a hyperlink within the T&C page? I have tried the !<< <A HREF="mailto:blah@blach.com">click here to e-mail us</A> >>! Thing but it doesnt work it simply displays the text instead of making it a link.

Yes, it is possible, it is just that your code has a few errors. Try this:

!!<<a href="mailto:UCservice@uniformcorner.com">>!!email us here!!<</a>>!!
