    unix Apache server mod_security?

    Hi -

My Actinic website (www.worthydeal.co.uk) is hosted on a Unix / Apache platform.

Everything on the website is working normally (shopping cart, checkout, search etc) and the Network test is fine, no problems.

EXCEPT I cannot download my orders!! When I click on Retrieve Orders I get an error message - Actinic tells me it is not able to run CGI scripts on the server, and that it appears to Actinic as if the scripts are not installed. (They are). Everything was fine yesterday, kaput today.

The hosting company tell me: "It would apear that you are experiencing some problems with our newly updated mod_security rules. Could you supply a link so that we can update our rules to allow this/these operations?"

Does anybody know what they mean by 'supply a link'? What is it that they need to know that I have to tell them?

I would phone them up and ask them what they want from you
