Stock Control for Attributes and Choices

I am using Attributes and choices to offer alternatives for a specific product on my site and it works great with the ordering process where by the customer can select a specific colour for a product using the radio buttons or drop down lists. By using this method I cannot find any way of managing stock, is this right?

Hi Dee,

To achieve stock monitoring on choices, you would create a hidden product first. Then simply create a component and an attribute with the different choices. When you double click on the component, go to the "Permutation" tab, and click on "Fill List". Now you can associate a choice to the hidden product. This is the only way you could do this I'm afraid.
