Fragments in between sections.

Does anyone have a work around that lets you create fragments in between 2 sections. For example I have a section that contains 2 sub-sections, what i want to do is create a fragment inbetween the two and put some information in them.

However when I create a new fragment in actinic it insists on being below the two sections.

Any ideas people?

Creat a new sub section between the 2 sections, and enter the text you want to appear between the 2 sub-sections in the description box. If you want 1 section above and the other below the info then edit the layout of the parent section to 1 column for first & subsequent rows.
