Email Templates

I have been trying to make numerous email templates but have a small problem. The emails to not seem to keep line breaks or new lines and so the information in the email cannot be shown exactly how i want it.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Hi Andy,

Just need a bit more information on this. Are you talking about the offline emails? or the emails which are automatically sent when the customer gets the receipt page?
Also please could you provide any example?

Ummm - having the same problem.

No matter what I do the blank lines between paragraphs are ignored.

Does anybody have any ideas on this?
