Alex, you need to change your secure5 easyspace server to a new server. Secure5 is a old server that easyspace are phasing out, i've been given secure14 but they may give you another.

I changed the network settings to secure14 and refreshed, everything is fine now. Talk to easyspace before you change it.Comment

Phoned them up and they were unaware of secure server5 being faded out
They are talking to their techincal guy tho and getting back to me.Comment

Finally got a response saying we're set up on secure server14 also, refreshed and now all is well
