Using trial; how do I enable 'Configure Web Site Details'

I am currently using the trial version of v7.04 and want to test the webpage on our own servers before purchasing.

I was informed this is possible by Actinic Sales, however 'Configure Web Site Details' is greyed out on my menu. I assume this is where you set up which website you upload to.
