Could send mail have additional field for telephone number?

Hi,

I have received a few email enquiries from our website, where the customer has used the sendmail form. Is there any way an additional field can be included on the form for a telephone contact number (as an optional field), as quite often we would like to speak to the customer regarding their enquiry?
