Does anyone have link to full RM shipping table?

I have noticed following a report from a customer of only being able to ship surface mail that my Europe, Zone 1 and Zone 2 tables appear to contain all the same countries for Airmail.

Does anyone have a link to a table of which countries fall into which Royal Mail Zones in order I can correctly update my zones?
