Shipping Destination Text Change

Hello All!

I am trying to make a change to the drop downs that appear on my first checkout page.

Right now for Shipping destination they say "Select country" and "Select state/province if applicable" and then have the correct areas in the drop downs.

Is there a way to change this? I changed it under Design - Text - Web (Shipping) and uploaded the new files - but it did not change.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi Kevin

Please could you make sure you have changed the values in "Design | Text", click on the "Go To" button and

Phase: -1, ID: 193 - "Select country"
Phase: -1, ID: 194 - "Select state/province if applicable".

I have changed this details on a default site, and uploaded and the text in the shipping drop down list has changed. When you made the changes in "Design | Text", did you update the site? Maybe try refreshing the site?

I think I was just editing the line and not hitting the Go To button.

Any chnace you can tell me where I can find out what the "ID number" is for the rest of the text fields?

I suggest just using the search at the bottom right of the 'Design | Text' window to find the text you need.
