System Freezes on Configure Web Site Details

    Hi,

Keep getting a problem with Actininc locating the CGI-BIN.

It keeps asking to run Configure Web Site Details but when I do this goes to Not Responing at the point of uploading CGI test script.

Were running this on IIS on a local windows 2K Server.

    The CGI setup looks ok.

    Any Idea's

    Best,

    Hi Chris

There are quite a few articles on the knowledge base concerning the setup for IIS. Here are few of them:

    http://www.actinic.com/cgi-bin/ss000...D271&NOLOGIN=1
    http://www.actinic.com/cgi-bin/ss000...=656&NOLOGIN=1
    http://www.actinic.com/cgi-bin/ss000...=657&NOLOGIN=1

I would advise having a look through these to make absolutely sure that the server setup is correct. If you still have problems can you post any error message that occurs when you test the network settings.

is the path to your cgi-bin as viewed by ftp correct?

        It maybe something like yourdomain.com/www/cgi-bin
If this is the case enter this in the FTP details / path to cgi-bin as : www/cgi-bin

            Thanks Guys Got it.

Some Muppet had changed the Catalog URL...

When I tested the Network setting it kept give all sorts of red herrings.

But we got there in the end.

            Thanks Everyone.
