Java checkout problem

Hi

Certain customers are having trouble ordering and get the error-

Sorry, you cannot place your order with a Credit Card because either
Your browser cannot run Java or
You have Java switched off

To place your order:
click on the Back button on your browser
either enable Java and select to pay via Credit Card again OR
select an alternative payment method



They have checked their explorer settings and they are fine while others have no problems. Has anyone else had similar problems.

Hi,

I see the site is using the inbuilt Java Applet. The problem with this is that if the customer's browser does not have java installed then they will not be able to use it. Some browsers do not come with java installed by default, so those customers would have to go to http://www.java.com and download and install java.
