Default Order Quantity

Hello people

Does anyone know how to acheive a Default order Qty set for each product in the shop. Actinic seems to provide a Minimum Qty and a Maximum Qty, but does not appear to have a Default Qty...

Can anyone advise?

You can set a default quantity of "one" in Business Settings/ordering.

But I probably didn't make myself clear.

I want to be able to set a default qty of say 10 for product 1, and 50 for product 2... etc

It would need to be on a per/product basis and something other than one.

Could you not set maximum qty to 1 and then for these products simply change the price to the cost of 10 of the product and amend the description/name to show that they are purchasing 10?

Another alternative would be to create a new product template changing the quantity NETQUOTEVAR and amending it to take the value from a CUSTOMVAR that you could specify for each product,
