Account customers' orders not coming through

Account customers on a client's site are able to place orders OK when logged in, but the orders are apparently not being collected when downloading with Actinic, has anyone else had this problem before? It seems that all orders placed when not logged in are being downloaded OK.

This might or might not be related - I've noticed that, when I'm not logged in, my menu links work OK (example: the link for Boys under General Schoolwear is http://www.yourschooluniform.com/cgi...html&NOLOGIN=1) but, when I'm logged in, they go to an old page. The updated version has General Schoolwear as a top level, with Boys' and Girls' as second levels, whereas the wrong link goes to a version of General Schoolwear before Boys' and Girls' were split off.

The site is at http://www.yourschooluniform.com/ and the test login is as follows:

    Username: test@customer.com
    Password: testing

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Malcolm,
When logged in and clicking on the menu navigation I am getting

    A General Script Error Occurred
Error: The specified buyer could not be found in the index file. Most likely the buyer index is corrupt. Press the Browser back button and try again or contact the site owner

    rather than an old page.
A website refresh would be the first port of call I would look to in resolving this issue before looking anywhere else.
