No Padlock symbol

I use the Actinic inbuilt encryption to process orders. I take it this will not show the padlock or https when orders are placed (doesn't at moment)? A few customers have commented on this lately. Will I have to get my own or a shared SSL cert?

The inbuilt encryption will not put the padlock into the browser window but there is one on the page. You should get your own or at least a shared certificate ASAP to add customer confidence to the check out
