Running along-side Actinic versions 4, 5 or 6 the Batch Order Processor provides capabilities to apply a selection of Actinic tasks to multiple orders.
You can use the order processors to do any combination of the following :-
- Mark Invoices as Printed to bypass Actinic Printing
- Print the Invoice, Packing List or Data Entry reports
- Ship Orders
- Export Invoice, Packing List or Data Entry reports to file
- Edit Order information on the Invoice, Packing List or Data Entry Report before printing or emailing them

- Purge Orders
- Make an Electronic backup of Orders before purging them (using the Export module)
