Keep getting "File not found"

Hi,

Hope you can help with this but whenever an order is completed and the customer clicks the "NEXT" button (or whatever) this message appears:

File Not Found

Unfortunately the file you are looking for has moved or no longer exists.

You may be able to find the file you were looking for by visiting http://www.beatwear.co.uk instead

Anyone got any ideas.

Check the destination specified in Design | Options | Misc | Url for Completed and Aborted Checkout - this should be back to the homepage or main catalog page (or wherever you desire really)
