Information Required from customer

I would like to give the shopper a list of options about how they found the site during the checkout pages.

I have used the Design|Text|Web Site (cont)|General Info and selected the user definable 1, checked the show & required boxes.

I would now like to add a drop down box so the customer can choose from search engine/magazine/recommendation etc. to answer the question.

I know nothing about HTML
